Mr. Beracha was a Co-Founder of Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT) where he served as the company's COO. Prior to co-founding Ceragon Networks Mr. Beracha was Vice President of the Electronic Research and Development Department of the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD). Mr. Beracha is a winner of the Israel Defense Award for research and development.He holds a BSc and MSc degrees (Summa Cum-Laude) in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from Tel Aviv University. |

His extensive operational and technological development experience include leading the Operations at CEVA as Vice President (NASDAQ: CEVA). Prior to CEVA Mr. Dahan held the position of Director of VLSI at DSP Group (NASDAQ: DSPG). Mr. Dahan holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben Gurion University in Israel and a MBA from Inter Disciplinary Center in Israel. Mr Dahan has authored and presented numerous papers in technical conferences and holds 3 US patents. |
| | Adi Berenson | VP Business Development and Marketing Prior to joining Prime Sense Mr. Berenson served as the International Marketing and Business Development Manager for the Mobile Multimedia Sector at Philips Semiconductors (located in Nijmegen, The Netherlands) overlooking the sector’s product strategy and business plan and directly responsible for all commercial and business creation activities. Before Philips, Mr. Berenson was the CTO of Veon, Inc. located in the company’s head quarters in San Francisco. Veon was a California based start-up and a pioneer in interactive video technologies. Veon was acquired by Philips in 2002. |
| | Dudu Voschina | VP Research and Development Mr. Voschina brings to Prime Sense an extensive engineering experience in the communication industries. Prior to joining Prime Sense, he was a VP R&D for Discretix. Discretix is a private company which delivers innovative solutions to the complex mobile security market. Prior to this role, he was a VP engineering for Tioga Technologies & General Manager of Tioga Technologies TLV site, where he was responsible for the company’s global developments. Tioga Technologies was a public fabless semiconductor company (traded at NASDAQ) designing xDSL (ADSL, SHDSL & VDSL) chips & broadband aggregation chip. On April 2003, ST Microelectronic purchased Tioga's. Mr. Voschina received his B.Sc, from Technion in Haifa (Cum Laude). |
| | Suneil Mishra | VP Sales and Marketing, North America Mr. Mishra is a videogame industry veteran involved in driving several novel technologies into the PC and gaming fields. Suneil managed Aureal Inc's A3D technology, integrated into 100+ PC titles, including showcase games: Jedi Knight (Lucasarts), Half Life (Valve) and Unreal (Epic). Major PC OEMs and AIBs including Dell, Sony and Turtle Beach made A3D the preeminent PC audio brand of the 1990s. Aureal was acquired by Creative Labs in 2000. At AGEIA Technologies, Suneil established the PhysX Processing Unit (PPU) as a PC hardware category. PhysX was integral to 150+ titles including: Gears of War & UT3 (Epic) and Splinter Cell & GRAW titles (Ubisoft); leading PPU customers included Dell, HP and ASUS. AGEIA was purchased by NVIDIA in 2008. |
| | Avi Shadmi | Chief Financial Officer Prior to joining Prime Sense, Mr. Shadmi served as the financial manager of Microsoft PC Health Group. Before Microsoft, Mr. Shadmi served as the CFO of Gteko, which was acquired by Microsoft in November 2006. His responsibilities at Gteko included a wide spectrum of financial tasks including managing the process of acquisition by Microsoft, fund raising and investor relations, business and legal affairs and financial and tax reporting in Israel, US and Japan. In addition, Mr. Shadmi served as a board member of Gteko's subsidiaries in the US and Japan. Mr. Shadmi is a Certified Public Accountant in both Israel and the US and holds B.A. in Economics and Accounting (Magna Cum Laude), M.B.A (Cum Laude) and LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University. |
