Before coming to PrimeSense, Inon served as CEO of DSP Group, and was a co-founder of Ceragon Networks Ltd., where he served as COO. He also served as VP of the Electronic R&D Department of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, and won the Israel Defense Award for R&D. Inon holds BSc and MSc degrees in electrical engineering and electronics from Tel Aviv University. Obviously not someone that sits around, if he’s not in the office, he’s probably out for a hike, bike or swim.
President and Founder
Aviad has years of experience in technology and leadership. His enthusiasm for eliminating technological barriers between people and their devices inspired the foundation of PrimeSense.
Aviad served as head of a technical R&D section in the Israeli Ministry of Defense, and has a BSc in computer science from the Technion and an MSc in mathematics from the Weizmann Institute. In his spare time he tries to catch up on what his daughter and son, can teach him, and on being a good husband. We don't leave him much time for anything else.
VP Business Creation
When Adi isn't overseeing biz dev, you'll probably find him at the beach. Before joining PrimeSense, Adi served as International Marketing and Business Development Manager for the Mobile Multimedia Sector at Philips Semiconductors. He oversaw product strategies and business plans, and all commercial and business creation activities. As the former CTO of Veon, Inc., a pioneer in interactive video technologies that was acquired by Philips in 2002, Adi's involvement in cool technology goes back a while.
Chief Operating Officer
Tzach has over 20 years of experience in various Engineering, Operations and executive management positions. Before joining PrimeSense Tzach served as the VP Operations for Zoran Corporation and the General Manager of Zoran’s Israeli subsidiary – Zoran Microelectronics. Prior to that he held several
positions in Zoran, including management roles in R&D and Operations.
Tzach holds a BA in Physics from the Technion and an M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Tel-Aviv University. He is a true traveler, always in search for amazing sights worldwide, but on his free weekends
you will probably find him flying gliders… always reaching for the sky.
EVP Sales and Marketing
Before joining PrimeSense, Yaniv spent seven years at Adobe Systems. He served as General Manager of Emerging Markets, where he drove sales and business development across Latin America, Eastern Europe, India, and China. He also served as Head of Business Operations, and in other corporate development leadership roles. Earlier, he spent four years at McKinsey & Co's Palo Alto office, where he managed relationships with high tech clients in Silicon Valley. Previously on faculty at Stanford Graduate School of Business, he holds PhD and MSc degrees in economics of information systems from the University of Rochester, and a BSc in information systems from the Technion.
All this though is balanced out by his love for music. Yaniv plays a mean guitar.
VP Commercial Markets Business Line
In Ohad's previous position, he built and led the Americas branch of M-systems Ltd., a flash producer that was acquired by Sandisk. He has years of experience in introducing new, innovative technologies to the marketplace. And his support for PrimeSense's customer base has become key to our growth strategy. Only his love for a good pizza could distract him; an Italian culture enthusiast, Ohad plans on spending as much free time as possible in Italy – that is when he finally has the time.
Chief Financial Officer
Asher has over 15 years of extensive financial experience in high-tech companies, and knows how to inflate funds the right way. Asher now keeps his eye on the prize at PrimeSense. Prior to joining PrimeSense, Asher was the CFO of Axerra Networks Inc, where he managed the global financial and legal aspects, raised funds and led the M&A With DragonWave Inc. Prior to joining Axerra, Asher furnished his financial expertise to RAD Data Communications and the start-up companies of the RAD Group, including Ceragon Networks, Radwin, Wisair, Axerra Networks, Sanrad and more…
Holding a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University and an MBA in Finance and accounting from Tel Aviv University, it’s no wonder he’s an expert with numbers. When he’s not talking about money, you can find him doing extreme scuba-diving around the world.
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Alexander 's vast knowledge of physics, math, computer science and electrical engineering is a driving force behind PrimeSense's success. He served in an Air Force R&D unit and later in the Israeli DARPA. He holds a BSc and an MSc, and participates in a PhD fellowship program at MIT. Alexander has over eight years of experience in various fields including image processing, CAD/CAM, and DSP programming. Surprisingly, Alexander does not usually wear a pocket protector.
Chief Science Officer
Zafrir brings to PrimeSense over 15 years of engineering experience in the communications industries. Before joining our team, he was a private consultant in communications and systems engineering. And before that, he was Chief Systems Architect at Ceragon Networks Ltd. He holds a BSc degree in electrical and computer engineering from Ben Gurion University.
Never idle, traveling for enjoyment is the one thing that can get Zafrir to slow down.
Maya Pops Green
VP Human Resources
Luckily for Maya she likes people, as she's been working in HR roles in the high tech industry for over 10 years, five of them with PrimeSense. Responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruiting, organizational development, training, and employee relations and recreation, prior to joining PrimeSense, Maya worked in executive recruiting management at Jobinfo.
Maya holds a BA in special education from Seminar Hakibbutzim.
